At Total Moulding Solutions, we’re proud to announce a major step forward in our growth journey. From 1st October 2025, we will be expanding our North East-based warehouse and site space from 27,000 sqft to 36,000 sqft — a strategic investment designed to support our expanding product range, growing customer demand, and future sales targets.
Supporting Customer Needs and Product Growth
The additional 9,000 sqft of space will be dedicated to increasing our storage capacity for both existing customer products and new product launches scheduled for later this year. This expansion ensures that we continue to deliver the high level of service our customers expect, while also driving greater operational efficiency.
With the extra capacity, we can:

Increase storage and run extra volumes for current customer products more flexibly.

Build greater capacity for raw materials and finished goods.

Prepare for our forecasted growth of 20% in 2026 and 35% in 2027.
Launching New British-Made Products
This autumn, we’re also excited to launch two new British-made moulded products:

Bale Arm Crate
These products have been designed and manufactured from our Durham facility to meet the evolving needs of the logistics, dairy, and food distribution sectors, offering durable and reusable packaging solutions.
Over the past nine months, our team has been hard at work designing and manufacturing the specialist mould tools required to bring these products to market.
